During any ‘Lock Down’ I offer only online training sessions. These can be 30 mins or 60 mins.

When a Lock Down has eased, I will offer outdoor in-person 121 Personal Training sessions which will all take place at North Quay- Hayle or a suitable location away from all client’s homes and gardens.

When booking an in-person session, you will be asked to complete an online consultation form.

Who can have an in-person 121 Personal Training session?

If you are considered ‘clinically extremely vulnerable’ or ‘high risk’ or ‘clinically vulnerable’ or at ‘moderate risk’ an assessment will be made as to whether an in-person session should take place and we may need to get permission from your GP before we can proceed.

I will also be closely monitoring my health and that of my family, and I will postpone any session if there are any doubts as to our mutual safety.
