Start at 10am with a 1 hour outdoor fitness session in a scenic location using various portable equipment. This session can be adapted to any level of fitness and will be fun alongside challenging.

At 11am We will head to one of the local cafes for a beverage and small bite of energy supplied by one of the fantastic food suppliers here.

11.30am once fuelled with our healthy delight, we will head back out to run the local coastal trails. The trails combine beach, coast path, dunes and cliff tops. The trail run will take approx 2 hours.

At 1.30pm we will sample lunch from another local supplier which we will eat picnic style continuing to enjoy the outdoors for every last remaining minute of this experience.
